(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Wednesday evening, former President Donald Trump participated in a town hall event in New Hampshire hosted by CNN with moderator Kaitlan Collins. Prior to the town hall taking place, it had received a lot of criticism from both sides. The key moments from the town hall included:

CNN loss

The event proved to be a disaster for CNN, as the producers had selected mainly Republicans and undeclared voters for the audience. As such, the live audience often interacted in favor of Trump. More importantly, in the sparring between Trump and Collins, Collins would not push far enough or aggressively enough to handle Trump’s remarks.

Reaction to E. Jean Carroll’s case

During the town hall, Trump was called to address the recent civil case that determined that he had sexually abused and defamed E. Jean Carroll, a writer and former columnist. Trump argued once again that, despite the jury finding him guilty, he had never met Carroll and even added that there was a leap between just meeting someone and then “playing hanky panky in a dressing room.”

His comments regarding the case led to many in the audience uploading and laughing, while at the same time, media figures and left-wing politicians were horrified by the reaction.

Rigged Elections and Jan. 6

Throughout the event, Trump also kept to his normal line about the 2020 presidential election being rigged. He further downplayed the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection, and despite Collins’ attempts to push back, Trump managed to trample over her while also having the support of the crowd.
