Eric Holder: Trump Has Committed Obstruction of Justice
If there’s anyone who would know about bending the law to fit the needs of the administration, it would probably be former Attorney General Eric Holder, one of the most partisan, ideologically-driven, ethically-challenged individuals to ever hold that position. While on Obama’s leash, Holder abandoned any sense of responsibility when it came to enforcing federal law in exchange for a tiresome, destructive set of priorities that turned the Justice Department into a racially-charged mess of liberal politics.
Naturally, the mainstream media loves to hear him comment on the current administration.
And so there he was on MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show this week, telling the host that he was quite certain that President Trump had committed the crime of obstructing justice.
“If one looks at the dismissal of James Comey and the reasons why the president told Lester Holt he did that, if you look at the president’s attempts to get the heads of the intelligence agencies to get involved in this matter, if you look at the president’s on the airplane with regards to that statement, and a variety of other things, I think you technically have a case of obstruction of justice,” Holder said.
Holder did contend, however, that Robert Mueller may not have enough evidence to bring the case before a grand jury.
“I’m not saying that this is a case you would necessarily bring at this point, and I don’t know what other evidence the special counsel has, but I think just from the basis of what’s been reported in the media, and assuming that those reports are accurate, I do think that you have a technical case of obstruction of justice,” he said.
Technical, shmecnical, these liberals are living in a dream world if they think there is ANY possibility that Mueller is going to (or even can) indict Donald Trump. And that’s especially true when it comes to this outlandish obstruction charge. Here’s the thing: You can’t prop up a phony investigation, get fired for said propping, and then prosecute your boss for doing exactly what he should have done. And we’re beginning to suspect that this is all Mueller has – a series of potential process crimes. Lying to the FBI, obstruction of justice, etc. Crimes created by the investigation itself. Sorry, but that won’t feed the dog.
Prove your collusion case. Prove that Trump worked with Moscow to usurp American democracy. Hell, prove RUSSIA did anything to change ONE vote in the 2016 election! Do one of those things Mueller, or get the hell out of town.
This investigation and its liberal cheerleaders is starting to get on our nerves.
