IRS In Biden’s POCKET? Attack Dogs Stand Down!

(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – The attorneys for an Internal Revenue Service whistleblower have revealed that their client is no longer a part of the investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings. Previously, the whistleblower had revealed that the probe looking into President Biden’s son, Hunter’s, taxes had been mishandled.

In a letter the attorneys sent to Congress, they revealed that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Supervisory Special Agent they represent, along with his entire investigative team, were being taken off the probe that their client had decided to “make whistleblower disclosures to Congress” on. According to the letter, the whistleblower had been removed from the investigation following a request from the Justice Department.

Earlier this year, the agent in question stated that the IRS had deliberately mishandled Hunter Biden’s taxes. The whistleblower had requested protection in exchange for providing further information about the IRS’ investigation. The attorneys pointed out that the choice to remove the whistleblower was “clearly retaliatory” and even alleged that it could be perceived as obstructing a “congressional inquiry.

The attorneys further pointed out that IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel, in his testimony last month, revealed that there would be “no retaliation” against the whistleblower. In the letter, the attorneys tell the chairs and ranking members of the House and Senate committees responsible for their probe that the removal of “experienced investigators” who have years of experience relating to this case is the type of behavior that their client had wanted to point out.

A Department of Justice spokesperson, when asked about the removal, stated that they don’t have any comments to make and that U.S. Attorney David Weiss is in charge of the investigation.
