(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – In mid-July, the House Judiciary Committee is planning to question FBI Director Christopher Wray, according to a report from the Washington Examiner.

The final date of the appearance has not yet been decided on. This is going to be the first time that the FBI director is going to have to answer questions before the committee since the recent revelations about the bureau.

Last week, U.S. special counsel John Durham concluded his four-year probe into the origins of the FBI investigation into then-candidate Donald Trump’s ties to Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign with the release of a report that was over 300 pages long. In it, Durham determined that the agency did not have enough evidence to launch the probe and that their investigation was fueled by tips that Trump’s political opponents had presented.

On Thursday, the Judiciary Committee and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released their own report on the testimonies given by many former and current FBI employees who have put their careers at risk in an effort to “expose abuses and misconduct in the FBI.”

Three FBI whistleblowers also appeared before the select subcommittee on Thursday and spoke about their experience with the agency and the retribution they faced after they spoke about their issues with the agency. The following day, a heavily redacted court order was released that stated that FBI officials had on multiple occasions violated their standards during their search for foreign intelligence regarding the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack and the racial justice protests in 2020.
