Lying Dem In PERIL – Top Republican Brings The PAIN

(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Wednesday, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) filed a motion to expel Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) from Congress following the release of the final Durham report, in which it is shown that the FBI did not have enough evidence to pursue an investigation into former President Trump’s ties to Russia. Luna, in her press release, points out that Schiff had repeatedly alleged that there was evidence that showed there was collusion.

Schiff previously served as the top lawmaker on the House Intelligence Committee during the previous Congress. In the past, he has claimed that the evidence clearly showed that there was collusion between the Trump campaign in 2016 and the Russian government. However, Special Counsel John Durham this week released the final report into this case following a four-year investigation in which he noted that the FBI had insufficient information when they decided to launch the investigation into Trump and Russia.

In her own statement on Wednesday, Luna claimed that Schiff had taken advantage of his position in order to push lies about the Trump-Russia case to the American people. She added that he had abused their trust and that, from the report, it becomes clear that the allegations against Trump were never substantiated. She finally noted that Schiff had knowingly perpetuated these lies and had tried to cause division in the country.

The report was not accompanied by any charges, but it did include a lengthy examination and review of the FBI’s investigation.

Schiff, who recently announced that he was running for Senate in California, responded to Luna’s resolution by claiming that MAGA Republicans were trying to make him pay for standing up against Trump. He added that once “this dark chapter of our history is written,” it will be clear that Republicans refused to stand up to Trump, who is the most unethical U.S. president. Schiff’s comments were made during an MSNBC interview.

He proceeded to also fight back against the accusations that the report showed that he had lied about the evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.
