Michele Bachmann: Muslim Migration is “Planned Invasion”

Former House Representative Michele Bachmann, in an interview with radio host Jan Markell this week, said that Muslim migration into the West was nothing short of a “planned invasion.”

The Minnesota native said, “The people that are coming in are not Christians, generally speaking; very, very few Christians are being moved. It is primarily Muslims and only young men – 80% tend to be young men going into Europe right now, for instance, but they also come from the most radicalized Islamists.”

Bachmann said that Islamists were infiltrating the migration systems “for the specific purpose of destroying Western Christendom.”

“Here at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport, the FBI picked up four who were members of the Islamic State, at the Minneapolis airport,” said Bachmann. “The more that we bring people into Western Christian countries, Islamic sympathizers and true believers, the more we will continue to see this problem.”

Unfortunately, the politicians who realize this simple truth are either not in power or lack the constitution to admit what’s going on. Granted, there is a fine line between truth and bigotry when it comes to this matter, but our leaders have erred far too broadly on the side of caution. It’s one thing to discourage Americans and European citizens from making mass judgments about an entire religion. It’s one thing to believe in the moral precept of helping those less fortunate. But it’s quite another to ignore a movement that comes with significant risks to both culture and security.

There may be no place in the American system of government for religious bigotry, but we cannot pretend that means religion is off-limits to legitimate criticism. And clearly, we don’t. When it comes to Christianity, the press has a field day mocking it, lampooning it, and savaging it without restraint. But when it comes to Islam, the kid gloves go on. Every terrorist is an individual. Every terror group is “ruining” the true form of Islam.

Well, the only true form of Islam is the one being practiced. And we don’t even have to talk about ISIS and Al Qaeda to see that something is dreadfully wrong with this religion as it stands today. Islamic countries operate under barbaric, oppressive laws that would be seen as utterly obscene if religion was not involved. In fact, if these countries were run by white secularists, liberals would be demanding military invasion.

Sorry, but tolerance extends only so far. And unless we want the United States to look more like Saudi Arabia, we’d better get honest about what it is we’re dealing with.
