Republican Star DENIED – Court Dashes Her Hopes!

(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Thursday, a court rejected Republican Kari Lake’s filing challenging the results of the gubernatorial election in Arizona in 2022 which she lost to Democrat Katie Hobbs.

The three-judge panel upheld a lower court ruling which claimed that Lake had failed to provide substantial evidence to back her claims of election fraud and that the results of the November election had been altered with illegal votes and through election officials’ misconduct.

On Thursday, Chief Judge Kent E. Cattani wrote that based on the evidence that had been presented to the Superior Court in Maricopa County, the court ultimately agrees with the decision of the lower court that voters were still able to cast their votes in alternative ways, and that there was no justification for pushing the election results aside.

Lake lost the race by 17,117 votes against Hobbs. She then filed a 70-page lawsuit in which she was trying to overturn the election results and have the court declare the election winner. This request had originally been denied by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thomson.

In Lake’s appeal, she claimed that Thompson had been incorrect in requiring further proof to support Lake’s allegations of official misconduct having altered the election results. Cattani supported Thompson’s ruling that further evidence would be needed to be provided to conclude whether or not the election results might have been different instead of just an “untethered assertion of uncertainty.”

Lake is an election denier and a strong ally of former President Donald Trump.
