Trump Attorney SWINGS BACK – Takes Media to School!

(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – One of Donald Trump’s attorneys has disclosed that if the former President is indicted he would not resist the authorities. According to some reports, the Manhattan district attorney is considering indicting Trump following their investigation into the hush-money payments made during his 2016 presidential run.

Joe Tacopina told the New York Daily News that should an indictment be filed “There won’t be a standoff at Mar-a-Lago with Secret Service and the Manhattan DA’s office.” He further noted that Trump, who he dubbed a survivor, would find a way to use the charges filed against him in order to further his political career.

He added that while many people would be unable to handle the pressure from this situation, Trump is capable of turning “everything into a positive” and a “boost for his campaign.” As he said this will just become one more thing in a “long list of things” that people had not expected Trump to overcome.

These comments come at a time when Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg appears to be getting closer to making a final decision regarding whether or not to indict in the case relating to the hush-money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence ahead of the 2016 presidential campaign. Stormy Daniels has alleged that she had had an affair with Trump, a claim that Trump has repeatedly denied.

Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, who already testified before the grand jury, had pleaded guilty in 2018 to a campaign finance violation for a $130,000 payment made to Daniels. Cohen has maintained that the payment was made under Trump’s instructions and that he was reimbursed for it.
