Trump VICTORY – Federal Judge In Big Trouble!

(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – Former President Donald Trump’s legal team had their first win in quite some time. While many judges across the country have repeatedly ruled against Trump’s team, a liberal-leaning state Supreme Court justice in Wisconsin was told to “avoid sarcasm” in the remarks she made toward Trump’s lawyers.

Over the weekend the judicial complaint released showed that state Supreme Court Justice Jill Karofsky was told off by a state judicial oversight panel following a complaint filed about Karofsky being hostile towards Trump lawyer Jim Troupis. The former president’s lawsuit in Wisconsin deals with Trump’s attempt to have 100,000 votes thrown out.

In a letter published by the Associated Press on Saturday, the commission told Karofsky that no matter the case dealt with within court “a judicial official should take special care and remain mindful of their role in proceedings as a neutral and detached magistrate.” They added that a judicial officer should not act as an advocate and should not use any sarcasm in the statements being made.

The nine-member panel instructed Karofsky to be mindful of the “integrity and impartiality of the judiciary,” a system that the public expects. The complaint against her was then dismissed.

The complaint was originally made in January 2021, after Karofsky told Troupis during oral arguments in December that they were attempting to change the election result “so that your king can stay in power, and that is so un-American.”

Karofsky stood up for her comments. Her attorney also accused the commission of succumbing to intimidation by “partisan actors.”
