Trump To Be Prosecuted?
(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – Following the Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s investigation into Trump’s attempts to overturn the Georgian election results by requesting that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger should “find” the necessary votes for Trump to win the election, attorney Norman Eisen has said that Trump is “highly likely” to face prosecution.
The investigation into the case of the election in Georgia appears to be further along than many of the other cases and probes surrounding Trump right now. A grand jury concluded in the past week all of their investigative work regarding the call that Trump had made in which he had tried to convince Raffensperger to overturn the election outcome.
As part of the investigation, many of Trump’s top allies were called in to give their testimony. Rudy Guiliani and South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham were two of the most important experts to have been called in for their testimony.
Following the conclusion of the grand jury investigation, Willis is now going to review the report compiled in order to determine whether indicting Trump would be something a normal grand jury would have the capacity and authority to do.
Former President Donald Trump, inset, attorney Norman Eisen told the Guardian in a recent interview that it is possible that Willis’ investigation would result in Trump being charged. Eisen added that prosecutors in Georgia had a lot of powerful evidence in their hands that they could use to prosecute “Trump and his co-conspirators.” He further acknowledged that if Trump was indeed charged it would be “momentous.”
