National SURVEY Results – Look Who’s Leading the Pack!

(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – The Fox News national survey released covers the primary presidential race one year ahead of the 2024 primaries. According to the poll, President Donald Trump’s odds look strong, while President Biden might face a more uphill battle.

As part of the survey, Republican primary voters were given a list of 15 announced and potential Republican candidates for 2024. Former President Donald Trump dominated with 43 percent of Republican voters choosing him, while Florida governor Ron DeSantis received 28 percent of support. Nikki Haley and Mike Pence each received 7 percent while Greg Abbott and Liz Cheney only received 2 percent each. All other candidates received 1 percent or less of support. There were 3 percent of respondents who were not yet sure of who they would pick.

Those Republican primary voters who were either men or women under or over the age of 45, as well as those who did not have a college degree preferred Trump over DeSantis. Among those who did have a college degree, DeSantis gained more support. Those who believed Biden legitimately won in 2020 also opted for DeSantis over Trump, as well as suburban voters and those with higher incomes.

Daron Shaw, a Republican has argued that currently, DeSantis will need to see Trump “falter” if he wants to win many of his supporters who view him as the second-best option.

Among Democratic primary voters, 37 percent have argued that Biden was the best option for the party’s nomination, while 53 percent have said they would prefer to see someone else running in 2024.
