Ted Cruz Defends Pence After Massive Scandal

(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – Republican Senator Ted Cruz of Texas came to former Vice President Mike Pence’s defense following the revelation that classified documents had been found in his possessions only moments after he had criticized President Joe Biden for a similar case.

According to a CNN report, there were classified documents found in Vice Pence’s Indiana home on January 16. The search for classified documents by Pence’s team was driven by the recent revelation that classified documents from the Obama administration had been found in Biden’s private office in Washington, D.C., and his Delaware home.

Cruz during an appearance on Fox Business shows Kudlow said that the President may have committed “major crimes” for having kept the documents in his possession. He also said that the FBI needed to search the properties of Hunter Biden to see whether there were any additional classified documents there.

He then continued by saying that they needed to also search about whether there were any classified documents that would connect Biden with “Burisma, Ukraine, communist China,” or any payments directed to Biden or his family members.

When asked about Pence though, Cruz said that it was too “early” to judge that case and that the two cases were significantly different. He added that Pence was a “good friend” and a “good man” and that there was no reason to consider the discovery anything but a mistake. He added that this was completely different from what Biden had done.
