Video: Kamala Loses it During Ceremony

Why does Kamala Harris laugh like a wild hyena? This is the question almost everyone in America wants the answer to. This woman, who is terrible at her job, really has nothing in life to laugh about unless she’s looking in a mirror, or across the table at Joe. Yet, she’s over there laughing like she’s watching an old Gallagher show or something. She went bonkers, cackling up a storm at the swearing-in ceremony for the new LA mayor. So, what’s going on with Kamala, why does she cackle like this?

Well, there could be a number of reasons for her insane laughter…. but PBA could be the most likely cause.

Very Well Health reported that PBA is uncontrolled crying or laughing that is above the expected response to the emotion felt or situation. The feeling experienced internally is significantly less than the level expressed outwardly and is difficult to control. The expressed emotion of laughter or crying could also be the opposite of the feeling, such as laughter during a sad situation. The symptoms are out of the individual’s control and are difficult or impossible to consciously stop.

PBA is underdiagnosed because the symptoms are typically under-reported. When symptoms are reported it can often be misdiagnosed for other mood disorders, like bipolar disorder or depression. It can be confusing because there are many names given to uncontrollable emotions such as involuntary emotional expression disorder, emotional lability, pathological laughter and crying, and emotional dysregulation.

The exact cause of PBA is still unknown; it has been associated with conditions affecting the brain and neurological system.1 It develops when the neural pathways that control emotion are disrupted, leading to the loss of control over emotional responses.

I really think Kamala Harris is a very insecure woman, and the laughter is covering up for that. She knows she’s out of her league, and she’s nervous to say and do anything, for fear of being mocked by the media, and online users, so she does that goofy laugh to hide the fear.
