Kamala Harris knows how to take the spotlight. Whether it’s for her famous laughing, a new French accent, or for words that come out of her mouth that don’t quite make sense to normal American citizens, she knows how to take the cake. Perhaps it would be a little better for America if the spotlight was on her because of her diplomatic stance on the southern border and the hundreds of thousands of people fleeing in freely, or because of her unwavering will to help the American economy.
On Monday, VP Harris delivered a speech in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, where she strangely repeated the phrase “talking about the significance of the passage of time” a handful of times. Check out the clip from Townhall to see what we’re talking about:

According to Macmillian Dictionary the “passage of time” means the process by which time passes. Critics and citizens alike are doing their best to figure out exactly how we should take this message from our leader, and what actions might need to be taken because surely, if it’s said more than once and even twice, it must be important!
If you missed it last year, here’s Kamala Harris speaking with a bit of a French accent, while in Paris.
